May Day and memories.
This Maypole in midst of the dance was from our Wedding in March of 2002. We couldn't have loud music or dancing where we held our celebration so we thought the Maypole would be fun and would include everyone. It is hanging in our living room now. Our friend who helped coordinate it had the wonderful idea of having our family and friends write on the ends of the streamers instead of in a guest book. So I think of our wonderful day on our Anniversary and when Maypoles are mentioned.
I was at Music Together Teacher Training Thursday through Saturday. Words can't describe what a great experience it was. The atmosphere was SO supportive, and informative. Everyone attending and teaching the class were amazing! If you have infant through toddler aged children or know someone who does, let them know about this program. Go to the website and check it out. Feel free to email me with any questions you think I might be able to answer. I'm a tired pup but so excited about my future with this! I promise I'll still knit and post pictures of my pups! This will be a big part of my life now.

What a pretty picture, and original way to celebrate your wedding. Good luck with the music teacher training - sounds like fun!
